The Ahmed Micro-Graspers, now 25g, are a great utility forceps that can be used for various purposes in the anterior chamber.  This instrument can be used for grasping iris to do PI's, performing goniosynechialysis, grasping pupil margins for movement, and more.  New smaller design allows for access via pars plana incisions.
